Delivery
Gurbet Kasko provides insurance services for foreign-plated vehicles through our online platform. Upon completing the payment, your insurance policy will be delivered to you via email. You can download and print your policy by checking your email. Additionally, a notification message regarding your policy will be sent to your mobile phone.
Cancellation
Our customers have the right to cancel their insurance policies within a specific period after purchase. You can cancel your policy within 14 days from the date of purchase. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our customer service team. In the event of cancellation, the premium amount you paid will be refunded to you.
Refund
Gurbet Kasko refunds the premium amount paid by customers in the event of policy cancellation. Once the cancellation process is completed, the refund will be initiated and will be processed within 7 business days, depending on the payment method used. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the processing time between banks.
Note: If a cancellation request is made before the start date of the insurance policy, the policy will be considered canceled, and the premium payment will be refunded.
