According to Article 11 of the PDPL, as the owners of personal data, you have the rights to learn whether your data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose, know the 3rd parties in the country or abroad to whom it is transferred, request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, request deletion/destruction according to the conditions stipulated in the PDPL and other related laws, request notification of the operations performed to third parties to whom it has been transferred, object to an outcome against you because it is analyzed exclusively through automated systems, and demand compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
